The inaugural District A Art Show is accepting applications from art exhibitors to display and sell their work in a new and popular venue. All artists are welcome to enter and exhibit.
The District A Art Show takes place on Saturday, October 11, 2008. It is an essential part of the premiere District A Street Festival, sponsored by the Montgomery Corridor Arts Collaborative along Montgomery Road in Kennedy Heights / Pleasant Ridge. The District A Street Festival plans to offer all kinds of performing arts, musical entertainment, new foods and fun, plus diverse family-centered activities – all free and open to the public.
The District A Art Show includes both a Juried Exhibition and a General Exhibition. This year’s categories of show entries includes painting, photography, crafts, mixed media, graphics, ceramics, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fiber art and wood.
An application form can be found below. Please use this form to apply for either the Juried Exhibition or the General Exhibition. Applications and Fees are due by Monday, July 7, 2008.
